Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from the United States.

Processing Times

• During peak periods (product launches, Black Friday, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the service selected.
• You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination.

Please note:

• International orders may experience delays during customs clearance.
• Import duties, taxes and carrier fees are set by your local customs authority and are not included at checkout.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

United Kingdom (UK)

Orders shipped from the United States to the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees. In most cases:

• Import VAT is typically charged at the UK standard rate on the total value of the shipment (including product value, shipping and any applicable duties).
• Customs duties may apply depending on the type and value of the goods.

These charges are collected by the courier before or upon delivery. Any additional clearance or handling fees set by the carrier may also apply.

Viren does not collect UK VAT or duties at checkout; these are determined by UK customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Orders shipped from the United States to the UAE may be subject to local import charges. The UAE typically applies:

• 5% customs duty on apparel
• 5% VAT on the total landed cost (product value + shipping + duty)

These charges are collected by the courier before delivery. Any additional clearance or handling fees set by the carrier may also apply.

Other Countries

Import charges vary depending on your country’s customs regulations. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or clearance fees that may apply.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for accurate information before placing an order.

Returns

We hope you love your Viren pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
• All tags and labels must still be attached.
• Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@viren.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to send back.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on all full-price items within 30 days of delivery.

If you need a different size or colour, email us at support@viren.com and our team will help arrange your exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the credit after we have approved your refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We are sorry if something arrives damaged or not as expected.

Please email support@viren.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work quickly to make it right.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, appears stuck in transit or is held in customs, please reach out to us at support@viren.com and we will be happy to assist.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and help find a resolution.
