Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and neatly folded back into the original garment bag.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please follow the below process for returns and exchanges:
- Contact our Customer Service at support@viren.com, stating the reason for your return
- You will receive return instructions dependent on your location
- Prepare your item(s) for return and drop them at your nearest shipping centre, or as instructed
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
- All items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item(s) is received and processed.
- If the garment has been worn and/ or washed, and is not returned in its original condition a refund cannot be given.
Please note that some items may be marked as non-returnable or non refundable. This includes intimate garments and final sale items.
For any item returned for a refund from outside of the UAE there is a nominal restocking fee applicable. This will be advised by the Customer Services team at the time of refund request.
Exchanges
If you have purchased the wrong size or colour, and the garment is unworn and in its original state, we will exchange this for the correct size and colour.
- When contacting Customer Services on support@viren.com, please state your order number.
- There may be an additional shipping fee for sending out your replacement garment, which will be communicated to you.
Please note that some items may be marked as non-returnable. This includes intimate garments and final sale items.
Order Cancellation
Please note that once an order has been placed and accepted we are unable to cancel.
Please wait until the order has been received and start a refund or exchange process.
If you would like to discuss an issue or fault with your any Viren products, please contact support@viren.com.
Damaged/ Faulty Goods
We pride ourselves in ensuring all Viren products are sent out in perfect condition; however, in the rare event that you have received a faulty item, we will work to resolve the problem immediately.
Please send an email to support@viren.com with the following information so that we can resolve the issue more quickly.
- Your order number.
- The name of the item that is damaged.
- A description of the damage.
- Photographic evidence of the damage.
If your parcel was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and provide this in your email.
Viren stands by its promise of high quality, durable products, but should you find these do not meet your expectations, please contact support@viren.com to discuss the issue, and our experienced team will be able to review the issue.
